Who it is for

You have an electrician. You are missing the automation.

It is the most common situation and the one the market handles worst. Your installer does excellent work, but Loxone is not his field. And switching electrician halfway through a build makes no sense at all.

  • Your electrician stays yoursWe are not taking his work. We give him the drawing, the equipment and the instructions to get it right.
  • New build or renovationWired if the walls are open, wireless if they are not. The system is the same.
  • You can start with one partLighting and climate now, blinds and security later, with nothing to redo.
  • Outside our usual areaThe panel travels. Programming and support are done remotely.

How it works

Four stages, no surprises

Each one has a concrete deliverable and a payment attached. You always know what you have bought and what is still to come.

01 — Before first fix

Design and wiring brief

We work from the architect's drawings: point schedule, bus routing, panel schematic and a specification for your electrician. Plus a call with him so he understands the logic before the first conduit goes in.

02 — During the build

Your electrician installs

Conduit, cable and back boxes as per the brief. He sends us photos of the cabling pulled and labelled. Only then do we build the panel, so a board that does not fit never turns up on site.

03 — Delivery

Panel built and tested

It arrives wired circuit by circuit, labelled, routine tests completed, with a printed schematic, CE marking and an EN 61439 declaration of conformity. Your electrician simply connects it.

04 — Commissioning

Programming and handover

We come to the house, check the connections, energise and program. We leave you with a working system, a handover session, a video of your own installation and remote access set up.

Scope split

Who does what, in writing

The boundary is clear and appears on every quotation. Our responsibility ends at the panel terminals; the power side and the signed electrical certificate always belong to a registered installation company.

The three kits

Fixed price based on the number of outputs

We do not charge by the square metre but by controlled points. That is what actually determines the size of the panel, and you can count them yourself on your own drawing.

Indicative prices excluding VAT, based on cabling carried out by your own electrician. They are neither an offer nor a quotation. The firm price depends on the number of outputs, the scope chosen and the distance, and is set in the wiring brief. Travel included up to 100 km; beyond that, charged by distance.

Wired or wireless home automation installation

New build or renovation

Wired where you can, wireless where you cannot

The choice is not about looks, it is about the building work. We tell you straight at the design stage, because it drives both the price and the upkeep.

  • New build and renovations with open walls: Tree cablingMore reliable, no batteries, no range limits and cheaper per point. If the walls are open, it is always the right choice.
  • Renovation without building work: Loxone AirNo chasing, no dust. In return, the equipment costs around 15% more and requires annual maintenance in the first year, because of batteries and radio range.
  • The two work togetherYou can start wireless and move to wired during a later renovation, keeping the same server and the same app.

After handover

Automation that is not left on its own

Commissioning is included in the kit. After that, you choose how much support you want, with no minimum term.

Frequently asked

What people always ask us

Who signs the electrical certificate?

Your electrician, provided he is a registered installation company. The Electrical Installation Certificate covers the low-voltage installation of the property, which he carries out. We supply a compliant panel with its documentation, but we do not sign off the installation.

Does the panel carry CE marking?

Yes. It is built with a tested enclosure and switchgear range, put through routine testing, and delivered with CE marking, an EN 61439 declaration of conformity and a technical file. That is exactly the documentation your electrician will need for his part.

What if my electrician gets the wiring wrong?

That is why the wiring brief is delivered before first fix and why we speak to him on the phone. And why we do not build the panel until we have seen photos of the cabling pulled and labelled. If a mistake still shows up we will sort it out, but that time is billed separately: our support covers our programming, not the diagnosis of cabling installed by a third party.

Can I expand later on?

Yes, and it is one of the reasons to choose this system. We size the panel with spare capacity and the cabling is left ready. Adding blinds, audio or energy management two years later means nothing has to be redone.

Is there a monthly subscription?

None at all. The system runs locally, in your home, and your data is yours. The app has no subscription and keeps working even if the internet goes down.

Do you work outside the Costa del Sol?

Yes. The design and programming are done remotely, and the panel travels. Travel for commissioning is included up to 100 km; beyond that it is quoted by distance. Tell us where you are and we will give you an answer on the first call.

Tell us what stage your project is at

We will tell you whether we are still in time for the cabling and, if it fits, prepare your brief within 10 working days. Send us the drawing and let us talk.
